The 3rd annual Sakura Cup will be held at Murasakizuka GC in Tochigi.
Our main events just keep getting bigger and better. 
Last time out at the Kouyou Cup, we had 75 players and a fantastic array of prizes thanks to lots of generous sponsors. 
And for the 3rd annual Sakura Cup, Moto and Kieron from Murasakizuka GC will be rolling out the red carpet for us. Aside from the golf, there’ll be a superb after round party with live band and lots of other fun things going on during the day.

Competition details:
This year, the Sakura Cup format will be Best net score – based on handicaps
This event is limited to 80 players
(Sorry – no stableford this time as it’s too complicated to calculate on a 27-hole course)
As ever, golfers of all abilities welcome to join.
Cost:

Coach service from/to Tokyo, Saturday Green fee + Lunch + After round party

If you don’t need a seat on the bus, the price will be ¥13,370 (Air members ¥11,370)

The Course:
Murasakizuka is a fun 27-hole resort style course. Super friendly and flexible staff who’re looking forward to welcome lots more Golfjin members in the 2011 golf season and beyond.
Transport:
By car: It takes about 2h-2h10m to get there by car (Tohoku expressway)
By train: Ueno to Utsunomiya
Regular rapid: 1h30m ¥1,890 (one-way)
Shinkansen: 45m ¥4,090 (one-way)
The Club bus picks up from Utsunomiya
